A clean, consistent release point is the difference between elite accuracy and a tipped ball. We identify mechanical flaws on film and use targeted drills to ingrain a repeatable release until it's instinct — not thought.

Film Analysis

Every session is recorded. You see exactly what's happening in your mechanics — no guesswork. We review the film together and turn observations into actionable adjustments. What gets measured gets fixed.

How It Works

A Typical QB Session

Film Review

We open with recent footage — game tape or clips from your last session — and identify 1-2 specific mechanical issues to target that day. No distractions, no generalities.

Warm-Up & Flexibility Routine

A structured arm-care and hip mobility sequence designed to protect the shoulder and elbow while maximizing range of motion. This isn't optional — it's part of your mechanics.

Technical Drills

Targeted reps for today's focus area — hip rotation, footwork patterns, release mechanics, or accuracy routes. Max 4 athletes per session means you get real coaching, not a number.

Radar & Session Wrap

We close with radar measurements and a filmed set. You leave knowing your velocity, what you improved, and exactly what to work on before the next session.
